I started Bev's Remnant House in 2010 and decided it was time in 2024, for a change and I have rebranded the shop to incorporate a new look and feel. We have our beautiful remnant fabrics, quilts, cushions and lampshade and sewing and upholstery services. However, in this new location I have added more homewares, clothing and jewellery, and we are a Stockists for Annie Sloan Chalk Paint™

Now in 2026, I have exciting news.

In JUNE we added another shopping opportunity to Coco & Raj, when we became a Stockist of Nardi Outdoor - beautiful Italian designed and manufactured outdoor furniture, perfect for the Australian outdoor lifestyle.

Coco and Raj is a retail store offering a range of designer upholstery fabrics at affordable prices, including small samples, end-of-roll and end-of-season upholstery fabrics from overseas as well as local fabric designers and Indian wood block printed cotton.

“From a practical and aesthetic point of view, textiles play a vital role in the overall success of a project, whether it’s for your own home or for a creative design project,” says proprietor Bev MacInnes. This is where Coco and Raj comes in.” We offer accessible quality fabrics at affordable prices for people who only want one or two metres of unusual fabrics to rolls of fabric.

Apart from fabrics, Coco and Raj showcases beautiful and eclectic objects from India, Indonesia and Madagascar to name a few.

Our new range of Italian designed and made outdoor furniture from Nardi can be seen in store, sat on, felt and enjoyed.
